Time	Activity	Rationale
09:00am	Intro's and Icebreakers	Allows delegates to become more comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. Helps delegates to express any hopes or concerns about the day.
10:00am	Trust Exercises	Helps delegates to put their physical and emotional well-being into the hands of their team colleagues. Highlights the fact high trust can be a platform for better communication. Helps to see that trust can be built easily in the right circumstances.
10:30am	Coffee Break
10:45am	Listening Exercise	Shows delegates that listening to colleagues is a skill that needs to be practiced upon to improve. Provides first opportunity for individual feedback
11:15am	High Level Ropes Course: Activity-based team challenge. Completion in sub-teams of mixed departments	Highights the way that we identify with others. Shows what can be achieved with support from the team.
1:00pm	Lunch
1:45pm	Raising the Standard: Half-day multi-task competitive activity	Shows how competition can be detrimental as well as beneficial. for Provides the necessary bridge between the day and future work. Ultimately helps delegates to realise how strong support and trust can transform a workplace.
5:00pm	Review and Action Planning	Wrap-up of learning points and areas for development. Celebration of successes. Platform for continuation back in the workplace.

Indoor programmes can be run at almost any conference or meeting venue. We can recommend one, or you can book your own.
