What’s it all about?

Tools and models for the more experienced manager. An opportunity to try out new styles of management in challenging situations. Take delegates out of their comfort zones and allow them to make mistakes open for discussion later

Can this be developed?

Yes.  Many companies go for two or four-day modules.  The longer the course then the more intensive the learning.

At a venue near you!  The programme below may have to be modified a little depending on the resources available, but we can run this at almost any conference centre or even in your own workplace.  The prices below do not include day delegate conference facilities as theses prices vary depending on the venue.
