What’s it all about?

Trainer Training is about giving the most to the guests come to your centre. We base this course around the “3 R’s”: Respect for yourself and your environment, Responsibility for your actions and Regard for others. We’ll give your staff the tools that they need to ensure that they can inspire, impel and lead in a way that they never realised. We encourage individuals to push their own boundaries and will help them in identifying personal learning objectives (through their own line-managers) upon returning to work.
